What we collect
When you request a visit, join online, or use the member app, we collect the information you give us: name, email, phone number, and your membership and booking activity. Payment details go directly to Stripe — we never see or store your card number.
How we use it
To run the club: confirming visits, managing memberships, booking courts, running leagues, and sending service messages about your account. We may send occasional club updates; you can opt out anytime.
Who we share it with
Service providers that power the club — Stripe (payments), Cinch (member management and the member app), our email provider, and our hosting provider (Vercel). We don't sell your personal information.
Analytics
We use privacy-respecting site analytics to understand how the website is used. We don't use cross-site advertising trackers.
Your choices
You can ask us to update or delete your information anytime — email hello@utahpickleball.com or ask at the front desk. Service emails related to an active membership can't be opted out of while the membership is active.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we'll post the update here and note the effective date below.
