Terms of Service
Effective June 2026
Memberships
All memberships are month-to-month with no long-term contract. Billing recurs monthly on your join date. Cancel anytime from the member app or at the front desk with 30 days notice; access continues through the end of the paid period.
Facility use
Court shoes (non-marking soles) are required on all courts. Follow posted open play rotation rules and staff instructions. The club may adjust hours, programming, and court availability for tournaments, maintenance, and special events.
Guests
Guests are welcome with a member or on a day pass. Guest fees are charged to the hosting member's card on file unless paid at the front desk. Guests must check in and accept these terms.
Assumption of risk
Pickleball is a physical sport and carries inherent risk of injury. By using the facility you acknowledge and accept those risks and agree to play within your ability. A signed waiver is required before first play.
Payments & refunds
Payments are processed by Stripe. League entries and lesson bookings are refundable up to 48 hours before the start time. Monthly membership fees are not prorated for partial months.
Conduct
Be a good sport. The club may suspend or revoke access for unsafe play, harassment, or repeated no-shows on reserved courts, with a refund of any unused prepaid time at the club's discretion.
