Scroll and watch the club go up, from the slab to the rooftop courts to the trees in the parking lot. Every wall, court and seat block is drawn from the architect's sheets.

    Steel & shell

    Stair cores, columns and fire-rated walls go up.

    Steel columns, charcoal stair and elevator cores, and the fire-rated walls that split the hall into its three court rooms: recessed courts, Grand Slam and stadium.

    Courts

    Six recessed courts and the 474-seat Grand Slam court.

    The west hall sinks six courts into the floor with bench seating between them, so you watch from just above the baseline. Next door, the Grand Slam court sits in its own four-sided bowl.

    Stadium

    1,214-seat bowl around the stadium court. Suites A–F.

    The stadium court runs east–west with seating on three sides and six suites, A through F, along the north rail. The broadcast room sits behind the south stand, so it's ready for TV on day one.

    Clubhouse

    Entry, dining, pro shop, fireplace and MVP lounges.

    Through the doors: a double-height entry, dining and a warm kitchen to the west, the pro shop, then a fireplace lounge and the MVP lounge at the east end. The core behind holds restrooms and hospitality.

    Level 2

    Gym, spa and recovery, lockers, corporate boxes G–L.

    Upstairs in the wing: a gym with free weights, a cycling studio, cardio and a CrossFit rig, plus a group exercise room. Past the lockers is the recovery floor: hot pool, cold plunge, sauna and steam. In the hall, corporate boxes G through L stack over the suites, and the stadium's upper deck rakes up the south side.

    Eleven courts over the west hall. Upper deck, Box M.

    Level 3 puts a whole second club over the west hall: eleven courts, ten running east–west and one north–south, separated by divider curtains. On the stadium side, an open corridor and a stand-view rail look down on the bowl, with Box M on the west end.

    Roof

    Thirteen rooftop courts, 50,065 SF, open to the sky.

    Then the roof: thirteen courts on fully adhered membrane, fenced in 10-foot coated chain-link, with mechanical units screened off. Code allows no canopies up here, so it's open sky with the Wasatch on one side and the Oquirrhs on the other.

  9. 09 · Exterior

    Facade

    White panel skin, charcoal towers, glass gables, a chimney.

    The skin goes on: white fiber-cement panels on a tight grid, charcoal stair towers that rise past the parapet, and black aluminum storefront at the base. Two glass gables mark the main entry and the MVP lounge, with a cast-concrete chimney between them.

    Site

    15 outdoor courts, 278 stalls, trees. The Oquirrhs to the west.

    Pull back and the site fills in: parking wrapping the north and east sides, fifteen fenced outdoor courts along Jordan Gateway, street trees, and the Oquirrhs to the west. Counting indoors, outdoors and the roof, that's 47 courts.
